    Absolutely! Our program is designed for all levels. Coaches will scale movements and intensity to match your current fitness while building you up safely.

  2. What should I bring to my first session?
    Bring running shoes, workout clothes, a water bottle, and a towel. All specialized equipment for the stations is provided.

  3. How is this different from a regular CrossFit class?
    While both are functional fitness, Train Hyrox programming is specifically periodized to improve performance in the 8 specific HYROX stations and the running elements between them, with a distinct focus on race pacing and strategy.

  4. Do I need to be a member of CrossFit Train Black Box to join Train Hyrox?
    Yes, Train Hyrox is a specialized program within our full membership. Becoming a member gives you complete access to our facility, community, and all our training expertise—including this exclusive race-prep program. It’s the best way to fully immerse yourself in the training environment you need to succeed. Nevertheless, you can contact us for a trial if you have never been to our gym before or you can explore our memberships below.
