Muhammad Shahril Akbal is a CrossFit coach with 7 years of experience and a Level 1 CrossFit certification. He’s passionate about helping people get fitter, stronger, and healthier through functional training. Over the years, Shahril has worked with people of all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes, making sure they get the most out of their workouts.

Outside of CrossFit, Shahril loves playing sports like tennis, badminton, soccer, and golf. His experience in these different sports gives him a unique perspective on fitness, and he uses this knowledge to keep his training fun and varied.

Shahril’s main goal is simple: to make people’s lives better through fitness. He’s all about educating others, so they can understand the “why” behind their workouts and make smarter choices for their health. Whether it’s improving strength, mobility, or just living a healthier lifestyle, Shahril is committed to helping people achieve their goals and feel their best.
